Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund/store credit /an exchange/. Please see below for more information on our return policy.



Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using the following carriers: Nandan Courier, Blue Dart  & Etc.As soon as your product is shipped you will be notified with the track id.Aslo your order will be considered completed when the the courier service updates with successful transmission of the product.


We recommend you to take an unboxing video of the product in case of future returns or exchange(If Applicable).


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged(Only In case Of LED's & Within 2 days of Delivery received). Our Technical Team Will Help You as good as they can in case of any material received is dead or in DOA ( Dead On Arrival ) Condition.

It is Preferred that exchange is demanded from respective manufacturer's nearby service center so that product replacement procedure becomes easier & quick. 



All returns must be postmarked within 7-10 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.Also in cases of box-packed items,the delivered condition must be returned.



To return an item, [please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided/and other, and mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will not be paid or reimbursed by us. If you use the postpaid shipping label, 2% or Rs.40 (Whichever is higher) will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/exchange/return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 number of days to process returns, days from the receipt of your item to process your [return/exchange/return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.



The following items cannot be returned [or exchanged]: 

-Defective or damaged products.

-Software products such as anti-viruses-etc.-Gaming Chairs must only be replaced in case of any issue and refund policy applies to sale of them.
